About Course
Most of us have a limited amount of time to spend on our daily yoga practice. The key to progress in our spiritual practice is to practice consistently with intention. This 30-minute asana series will support your daily asana practice, even if you don’t have much time in the morning, or if you would like to take a 30-minute practice break during the day. This series is also for those who would like to have a shorter asana practice and allocate their time as well for other practices such as meditation, pranayama, mantra, reading, etc. With these practices, we share some practical, dynamic and effective sequences to open your body and raise your frequency! Each practice ends with savasana. Please rest in savasana as long as you wish. Blessings to your practice!
